Chief Executive Officer – Phillip (Pip) Carter
Pip Carter commenced as CEO at St Andrews in 2001 and brings with him 27 years' senior management experience in Public Health and Aged Care. With 17 years as senior manager in Area Health Services, 3 years as CEO/Regional Manager in Central West Region of NSW, responsible for a 110 bed hostel, 3 independent living unit Villages and three Opportunity Shops.

Operations Manager/Director of Care Services – Peter Chittick
Peter commenced worked in aged care in 1996 as an Assistant Nurse and has since completed a Degree in Nursing in 1998, specialising in the provision of dementia care in high care. He became manager of a dementia care service in 2002. Peter has held a management position in aged care since 2002 and has held the position of Director of Care Services since 2006.

Deputy Director of Care Services – Sue Cunningham
Sue Cunningham is a Registered Nurse with a Midwifery Certificate. She has over 25 years' experience in aged care and has commissioned and managed a 40 bed dementia unit. Sue has certificates in Palliative Care, Dementia and Workplace Training.

Finance & IT Manager – Guy Degoumois
Guy Degoumois has an Associate Diploma of Business (Accounting) from Swinburne University of Technology. He has spent the past 10 years working as Finance/IT Manager in aged care, and has been at St Andrew’s for the last 7 years.

Hospitality Manager – Jon Doherty
Jon joined St Andrews as Hospitality Manager in mid 2008 and is responsible for the catering, laundry and cleaning services, with some 35 staff under his direction. Jon is a qualified chef who has worked in international hotels and resorts, as well as running his own restaurant. In 1994, he made the change to the aged care industry. After a short period in management in the Food Services department of the Wesley Hospital in Brisbane, Jon felt the call back to Aged Care. Has spent a total of 14 years devoted to this industry.

Leisure and Lifestyle Coordinator – Helen Dein
After leaving school Helen became a Watchmaker by trade, then a fulltime mother for ten years followed by a nursery worker, then a race horse trainer! Helen’s love for people especially the aged drew her to obtaining her Certificate III in AIN and Cert III in Community Care. In 2000 she commenced work in aged care at St Andrews as an Assistant in Nursing, working in the Special Care Unit caring for residents with dementia. In 2002 Helen joined the Leisure & LifestyleDepartment, gaining Certificate IV in Community Services.
